Emma has 15 years of experience working in the disability sector which includes 10 years directly supporting autistic young people and adults in employment and education settings, including Higher Education settings across London & the southeast of England. She has a strong sense of justice and has represented many young people and families through the
SEND Tribunal process.
Emma’s friends describe her as the voice of reason, excellent at seeing both sides of the coin, empathetic, non-judgemental and a great listener. In her spare time, Emma enjoys setting herself overly ambitious running challenges, obsessing over architecture & design and cooking/having a covert disco to Hot Chip in the kitchen.
