Ayesha Yousuf
Specialist Mentor (MH)
Ayesha Yousuf is a Specialist Mentor, registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). She has a Masters in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy, an Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic and Educational Application of the Arts and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts. In addition to this, she has training as a Level 3 CATT (Children’s Accelerated Trauma Technique) therapist. She has experience working with people who have a variety of needs including attachment and relationship difficulties, self-confidence issues, learning disabilities, mental health issues and post-traumatic stress disorder. Ayesha also specialises in race, culture and identity issues.
In Ayesha’s role as a ‘Specialist Mentor’, she provides weekly mentoring sessions to students based in West London universities. She helps them manage their studies and life at university by providing coping and anxiety relief strategies.
