A new chapter begins—Calling All Minds to carry forward Diversity and Ability’s mission
14th April 2025 by admin@callingallminds.com
After 14 groundbreaking years of disability inclusion work, Diversity & Ability (D&A) has come to a close—but its values, legacy, and mission will continue through a new social enterprise: Calling All Minds.
Founded with the belief that meaningful support must come from lived experience, D&A worked with individuals, organisations, and social justice projects to create inclusive cultures where diversity is valued and people can thrive. With 79% of its staff and associates identifying as neurodiverse and/or disabled, D&A led the way in demonstrating the power of peer-to-peer support. D&A’s tailored, enabling approach made a life-changing difference for thousands of people and helped to shift the narrative around disability and neurodiversity.
“D&A was always about building a world where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported. I’m incredibly proud of what we achieved, and I’m excited to see Calling All Minds continue to drive that vision. To every student, client, practitioner, and partner who has shared in this journey—thank you. Your trust and collaboration have helped shape something truly powerful.” Atif Choudhury, Co-Founder, Diversity & Ability
Carrying the Torch Forward
Calling All Minds is a new social enterprise led by individuals deeply aligned with D&A’s mission and values. The team is committed to delivering personalised one-to-one support for disabled and neurodiverse individuals, alongside inclusive consultancy services that drive lasting change in institutions and workplaces.
“We’re honoured to continue this work. D&A laid powerful foundations—and at Calling All Minds, we’re ready to build on them with care, authenticity, and impact.”
Victoria Sharma, CO-founder, Calling All Minds
Calling All Minds shares D&A’s strong commitment to intersectional inclusion. The work will remain grounded in lived experience and focused on delivering support that is not only effective, but genuinely empowering.
“Our team reflects the communities we serve. That’s what makes our support real, relevant, and impactful. As a mum, and someone with lived family experience of neurodiversity, this work is deeply personal to me. We’re excited to continue this important mission—and to expand its reach.”
Victoria Sharma, Co-founder, Calling All Minds
D&A’s legacy is one of courage, creativity, and community. This strong foundation will drive forward Calling All Mind’s work and impact to create real and lasting change in society for disabled and neurodiverse people.
