I obtained a bachelors (Hons) degree in Counselling and Mentoring (BSc). Followed by a Masters degree in Coaching Psychology (MSc). It was midway through my undergraduate degree that it was confirmed that I was dyslexic. Everything began to make perfect sense after that.
I am most passionate about empowering and inspiring young minds. I have gone on to mentor and coach numerous young people in education to manage their emotional needs, covering a range of emotional challenges from stress, anxiety, depression, social interaction, confidence, fluctuating moods, and self-esteem, to time management issues. My main goal is to facilitate in the unlearning of negative thought processes and behaviours, whilst working towards developing skills and strategies that will strengthen positive emotions and wellbeing.
