Lucy spends three days a week supporting the operations team at Diversity and Ability, often contributing to office conversation with enthusiastic recaps of the most recent episode of Masterchef Australia she has seen.
Lucy also works for a human rights charity which supports Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities. She spent three years studying Criminology at the University of Brighton and was terribly disappointed when she received no powers to fight crime upon graduation. Lucy has studied counselling over the last year and has been reassured that she is 'very good at listening'.
In her spare time, she utilises that skill by listening to podcasts, gathering a wide range of useless information and thinks about what she's going to have for lunch.
