Neurodiverse choices and voices in the workplace

8th October 2021 by Ellie Thompson

To mark and celebrate Dyslexia Awareness Week, neurodiversity advocacy charity AchieveAbility have released the second edition of the AchieveAbility journal.

As with all of AchieveAbility’s work, the journal brings together voices from across the neurodiversity community, including academic researchers, personal testimonies, and disabled people’s organisations- and we are so proud to be a part of it.

As AchieveAbility says: “[the journal] forms an excellent guide on how to move forward together to raise further awareness and bring permanent change”. And it’s a change we’re dedicated to enact!

You can download the journal here to read our article on what we can take away from the pandemic to improve the access and inclusion of our workplaces.

Cover page of the AchieveAbility journal, titled: ‘Neurodiverse Voices: Good Practice in the Workplace in a time of Covid’.
