4. Take up support

You made it! It’s time to begin receiving your support. The second page of your DSA2 letter of entitlement contains all the necessary information. 

If you’ve been allocated Assistive Technology (AT) and training, your needs assessment centre will order your technology and schedule your training for you. 

For all other support types, contact the organisations listed on the letter when you’re ready. We’ve provided an example of what this will look like below.

You can receive support at any time throughout your course, although we would recommend starting sooner rather than later. That way, you can begin preparing for potential barriers before you even face them.
