Managing stress

We’ve put together some tips around regulating stress in the workplace, which we hope will help you establish a positive sense of wellbeing at work. We’ve included tips to help you identify the sources and signs of stress, as well as how to manage it.

Mental health issues (including stress, depression and anxiety ) rank as the third most common reason for sick leave from work, resulting in 15.8 million days lost (11.5%) per year (ONS data 2016). This is why it’s so important that we find the right balance at work, that enables us to thrive and not simply survive!
