The platform provides the venue staff with in the moment customer service training, awareness of need and top tips on how best to support their visitors. Welcome facilitates improved customer service for disabled customers and increased disability awareness and confidence for service providers.
Button allows you to press physical buttons, using your mobile phone. It can be used to open doors and operate pedestrian crossings safely and confidently. You can focus on your surroundings without having to stretch or search for the button.
