Neurodiversity Inclusion Training

You may have heard the word neurodiversity a lot recently, but what does it mean? Neurodiversity is the natural diversity that exists within the way each of our brains work, and we think that this difference should be recognised and valued.

For many, this is understood through different diagnoses including Autism, ADHD /ADD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, and many more.

What is our neurodiversity training?

Our workshops explain what neurodiversity is, how to support neurodiverse teams and and how to harness the strengths that come with neurodiversity.

We offer the following Neurodiversity Inclusion training programmes:

  • three-hour workshop: ‘Supporting Neurodiversity in the Workplace’
  • one-hour webinar: ‘The Asset of Neurodiversity in the Workplace’

This training is designed for employees from any sector or industry. You may be working in:

Why is our neurodiversity training the best option for your team?

Learn to play to your teams strengths

“We’re all neurodiverse; we’re just not all marginalised by it”, our CEO Atif Choudhury establishes. Learn how to see diversity of thought as an asset so that your team can play to their strengths and watch your organisation thrive as a result.

Support neurodiverse staff in your team

Our training is lived-experience-led. Placing neurodiversity at the centre of the conversation shows your neurodiverse staff that you’re listening, that you understand them and that you value their diversity of thought.

Gain tangible and practical takeaways

We cut through the jargon and the theory. We’ll teach you and your team the practical actions you can implement immediately to create a culture that celebrates and harnesses neurodiversity.

If you have something specific in mind, get in touch. We are always delighted to talk with past or potential clients about your specific interests and answer any questions.
