Annabel Waters

Inclusion Consultant

Annabel is a Workplace Needs Assessor at Diversity and Ability, with a personal interest in hidden disabilities and how they intersect with gender. She is passionate about inclusion and is constantly seeking to challenge the norm when it comes to making positive change within workplaces and wider society.

Prior to working at Diversity and Ability, Annabel was a college lecturer and ran a support service for care leavers and carers. She has also led an award-winning EDI project at a large university and has worked as a Higher Education Disability Adviser. Now, she splits her time between carrying out workplace needs assessments across a range of sectors, and delivering inclusion workshops to organisations big and small.

When not working, Annabel is usually found reading a crime thriller or walking in the Cotswold hills with her springer spaniel.
