Likes to label herself a multipotentialite because she wears many hats, including Consultant, Learning Designer, Coach and Mentor, and Artist

Before joining D&A as an Inclusion Specialist, she was working Associate consultant and Facilitator for D&A and running her own consultancy Amulinde Consulting as a Leadership & Development Strategist.

She has worked with clients globally on a variety of projects in Business, Culture. Executive Educations and Enterprise having worked in development for over 10 years, working with businesses, charities, and Educators, working in various capacities on projects, including project management, consultation, and facilitation.

She developed a passion for behaviour intervention after working with leading Executive Education providers and went on to become a dynamic and creative facilitator that enjoys delivering engaging learning environments, including designing courses and programmes.
A certified Community Researcher that just published their first piece of independent research exploring African Diaspora identity, enabling her to further explore belonging in the various areas of her work.
When not co-designing or collaboratively working, she’s a visual artist that enjoys painting or working on portrait commissions.
A multipotentialite that isn’t afraid to pursuit various interests, but also relishes opportunities to cross pollinate in her work
