Chandni is an intersectional feminist from Kerala, India. She was born and raised in the United Arab Emirates, where she lived for two decades before moving to Bengaluru, India, to pursue a BA in Economics, Political Science, and Sociology at St. Joseph’s University.
She supports our CEO Atif Choudhury and D&A’s larger mission to create a positive impact on the disability inclusion sector. Additionally, she is currently working on her dissertation as part of her MA in Gender and Development at the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex. Her research interests include gender, caste, and abolition.
In her free time, Chandni volunteers with refugees in Brighton, writes letters to prisoners, and enjoys cooking her grandmother’s recipes. She loves a colourful Google Calendar and is very excited about D&A’s amazing work.
