Emily is passionate about inclusion and firmly believes in the transformative power of personalised support. She joined us in 2021 after attending our brilliant Disability Inclusion Training.

As a member of our Operations team, Emily’s mission is to ensure that Diversity and Ability operates seamlessly. As well as coordinating our support services and looking after our associate team, she leads on our HR projects, making her an invaluable asset to the team.

When Emily steps out of the office, you’ll find her staying active and exploring the latest vegan eateries in Brighton.
