Kalee joined the Operations team in the role of Disability Services Coordinator in March 2024. Kalee brings 15 years of experience of working in student facing roles in Further and Higher Education settings to the role, and has particular experience of learning and disability support.

A recent graduate in BSc Psychology at the University of Brighton, Kalee used her studies as an opportunity to examine neurodiversity from a psychological perspective, particularly in her dissertation which explored the experiences of identity in adults waiting to be assessed for autism. Kalee’s professional and academic endeavours are underpinned by a commitment to social justice, intersectionality and accessibility, which makes her a great match for D&A!

In her spare time, Kalee enjoys crafty projects including collage and crochet, and is slowly attempting to renovate her house.
