As Head of Delivery and Innovations, Leigh supports Diversity and Ability’s expert team to deliver world-class training and consultancy and develops opportunities to support organisations to become more intersectionally inclusive. She is excited about empowering people to create more just, compassionate and collaborative cultures.

Before joining D&A, Leigh led innovative programmes to promote mental health and inclusion in universities. She led the development of the national University Mental Health Charter and designed a certification to improve research culture at the University of British Columbia, Canada. She has championed student mental health at government and international levels.

Leigh gets inspiration and energy from being outdoors. Who knew fungi could teach us so much about inclusion? She is happiest when on top of a mountain, or at the pub after.
