Michelle is a qualified and experienced Specialist Teacher and Assessor and has worked in education for almost 30 years. Working in Adult Basic Education, Employment and Training, Further and Higher Education and private practice, Michelle has supported people from primary age to adult.

Being able to use her skills to empower others is incredibly rewarding. Michelle loves seeing people use their strengths and develop strategies, moving them towards greater independence and success. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys comedy, theatre, reading, writing, (short) walks and trying out creative activities even if she isn’t very good at them!
