Originally from Portugal, Miguel has lived in numerous countries. He identified as dyslexic in his early 30s whilst studying for a BA in Anthropology at Goldsmiths. He favours an empathetic approach, taking advantage of one’s innate strengths. Miguel has a background of working with the body in a variety of ways from massage to capoeira and believes in learning as a holistic experience.

He has studied Adult Dyslexia Diagnosis and Support (ADDS) at LSBU and continues to explore and research the mind and ways of learning both formally and informally. Miguel’s hidden talent is a ludicrous aptitude for walking on his hands. If he was an animal he would probably be a cat.
