With a career spanning over 30 years, Sam has direct experience of executive coaching, organisation development and culture change in addition to strategy development and commercial leadership working in and around both the private and not-for-profit sectors. Sam works with purpose driven organisations looking to build inclusive cultures and has worked with or for organisations that include: CIPD – the professional body for HR and people development; OECD – the Organization for Economic Cooperation & Development; RSA – the Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce; Springer Nature; The Body Shop. Sam also sits on the Board of Trustees for Relate Sussex and is an Associate Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University.
