Specialist Mentor (MH)

Saphiah has completed a BSc (Hons) in Nursing, a PGDip in Social work and is currently undertaking her MSc in Public Health developing expertise in ways to increase and improve wellbeing and the benefits this will have to physical and mental health. Saphiah is trained in systemic practice and Motivational Interviewing, her approach to mentoring is flexible, empowering and client focused.

Advocating for self care, equity and diversity together with a background in Health and Social care, Saphiah is a compassionate mentor who is enthusiastic about supporting individuals to achieve their own goals, realise their full potential and have fun whilst doing so.

As a mother of three girls, Saphiah enjoys being outdoors, learning new things and embarking on new adventures.
