My name is Thomas and I am an Art Psychotherapist and a practicing artist. I completed my BA in Fine Art at the Arts University Bournemouth and my MA in Art Psychotherapy at Roehampton University. I have experience working therapeutically with neurodiverse adolescents and adults and I also work as a Creative Advisor with a mental health charity, where I mentor adults in developing their own art projects, developing strategies and overcoming obstacles.
I have worked at the Victoria and Albert Museum and as a Teaching Assistant, facilitated art therapy groups with refugees as well as leading therapeutic groups for children who are in the care system. I play the violin and I enjoy learning about spiritual practices from other cultures.
I am a warm, caring and thoughtful person and I look forward to working with you.
