Hours per week: 35 hours per week (open to discussion and flexibility)

Location: Brighton Head Office or Remotely from home

Salary: £21, 500 Full-Time Equivalant or pro-rata

You will be filling a key role within the organisation, utilising your broad range of administrative, organisational and communication skills to support the Training and Innovations team of a dynamic social enterprise. You might be looking for your first exciting working role or an experienced project coordinator who would welcome the chance to get involved and become part of our fast-growing organisation. This is a role with meaning and purpose that needs someone who is excited by positive social change. You will be highly organised and have great attention to detail, with the confidence to share your ideas and work collaboratively acorss the department and organisation.

This is a role where you will be scheduling calendars for workshop and training sessions, coordinating consultancy projects and working closely with team members to ensure that our logistics are running smoothly for events and projects with clients.

Who we are looking for:

• Excellent verbal communicatior to enable effective communication across the team

• Strong written communication skills to enable report writing and email communication

• Ability to flourish in a dynamic fast-paced environment (with multiple project running concurrently)

• Exceptional time management skills for prioritisation

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to flourish in a dynamic fast-paced environment

• A strong sense of self-motivation, ambition and determination

• Good level of skills in content creation in Google Slides and Canva (or a willingness to learn)

• Good knowledge and understanding of disability and inclusion
